Centara Grand Lagoon Maldives, located in the Atollia resort by Centara Hotels & Resorts, consists of 142 beachfront or overwater villas and residences with direct access to a private beach or a portion of the sea.
Some villas provide interconnected configurations suitable for families and groups, and there are some that come complete with private pools, Jacuzzis, or even both. These include the Grand Two Bedroom Beach Pool Villa, Three Bedroom Sunset Beach Pool Residence, Grand Two Bedroom Overwater Pool Villa, and Three Bedroom Sunset Overwater Pool Residence. Each comes complete with indoor and outdoor living and dining areas, and even a kitchenette.
Dining experiences include: all-day dining restaurants, a Mediterranean seafood restaurant and bar with live music, a swim-up bar, an overwater champagne bar, as well as an upscale restaurant featuring raw food, tapas, wine, and buffet dining.
Based in the heart of the Colombo city, it is the first fully integrated resort in South Asia and also a large private investment in the Sri Lankan luxury tourist industry.
The resort comprises 800 rooms and suites, including the 687-room Cinnamon Life hotel which was launched in October 2024, and the 113-room Nüwa hotel operated under Melco’s flagship brand. The complex comprises MICE facilities, casino and entertainment area operated by Melco, shopping promenade, as well as restaurants and entertainment arenas which feature both foreign performances and local programs.
