Opening in December 2024, Enclave Bistro & Lounge is making waves in Ubud. That bistro, on the lovely Jalan Hanoman, promises the warm elegance of courtesy combined with a carefully edited menu that speaks to bridging the east and the west.
Of course, the menu among the highlights: penne pistachio moringa; fettuccine tuna sambal matah; lobster gratin and of course Angus beef burger; and for everyone from the variety kids' menu, or to the preference-their own specific for vegans and vegetarians, who were not at loss.
It is different from the others because of its atmosphere. It has nightly live music and it is so laid back, similar to southern Bali hubs, so it is really great for dinner but gets really wild at night. Seven Paintings Ubud reinvents the definition of what dinner will be. A restaurant within the luxurious chapel of Kaamala Resort, it proposes an interactive culinary experience that bestows guests a seven-course dinner inspired by worldwide-known artists - among them the masterpieces created by Banksy, Da Vinci, and Michelangelo.
The art dishes are each individually made to depict the artist's work. Each piece makes the experience of dining multi-faceted. With seating only for 16 per night, please make a reservation ahead of time. The show is from Tuesday through Sunday at 7 p.m. sharp.
