This is not a hotel with villas; it's a private villa with services offered within the private compound. If you want a massage, it's in your villa. Meals, prepared by our chef in the villa kitchen. Yoga, Pilates and martial arts classes, held in the garden. Babysitting? Yes, once again in the villa, where you are free to devote some of your time to your children, rather than acting as bodyguard all day. And if you want to cook for yourself, shopping can be organized and delivered to the villa speedily, and naturally your laundry is also taken care of. The aim at Chandra is to make your holiday all about you, when and how you want it.

Because Chandra sits in the heart of Bali's most cosmopolitan neighbourhood, facilities are at your doorstep. Treatments are provided in partnership with Cocoon Medi-spa, which can be enjoyed in conjunction with an in-villa juice detox or with Vin+ if wine is more your kind of wind down. Health club membership at Canggu Club for tennis, sports, gym and for kids water slides. The surf school can be found on the beach, which is a 10 minute walk away, and then of course, all the cafes, restaurants, bars and shopping of Seminyak Eat Street. The car waits patiently to drop you in the thick of it.

Flanked by an open-air living pavilion and a separate air-conditioned bedroom pavilion, there's plentiful space for everyone to relax quietly or gather together for meals and games. You or your villa staff can take advantage of Bali's culinary delights by using fully equipped kitchens; you choose. Three enormous beds fit for royalty and the attached indoor-outdoor tropical bathrooms act as private oases, while there are in built televisions with DVD players in both the bedrooms and sitting area and also free wi-fi.
