Architecture firm AA GROUP designed this property which was opened on March 30, 2026. The construction of the building started in July 2024 and was completed in December 2025, while the interior works were carried out in the first quarter of 2026. The newly built property consists of 85 studios and apartments which can accommodate two to six guests. These places are suitable for business travelers, families and long-staying guests.

This modern-day destination named TULIP Hotels & Residences – Valence Sud Guilherand-Granges was designed by AA GROUP and its official launch took place on 30th March 2026. This construction process started in July 2024 and completed in December 2025 and finally interior works were done in first quarter of 2026.Newly constructed property has a total of 85 rooms that include both studios and apartments which can house anywhere between two to six persons. These rooms have been designed according to Louvre Hotels Group’s highest comfort standards with top quality beddings, luxurious pillows along with 100% cotton duvet covers. Apart from these amenities, the guest is provided with high speed Wi-Fi facilities, smart TV sets and functional designs as well.
With the construction of this property, there have been thirteen new job openings in this area and provides spacious open plan designs with comfortable and functional environment.
