It is built on the spot where Benedictine Abbey was located which got destroyed during French revolution in the year 1789. This is the city which was built in the gaudy Romano Byzantine style. St Sulpice Church

It is the church which is located near to Germain district and is the masterpiece of the French classic style. It has a very exciting interior which got completed in 17th century and the façade was completed was completed in 18th century. It is the popular tourist destination and also was the central focus of the Da Vinci Code of Dan Brown.
